How is Curry Made?

Around a minute later, add in half a cup of water and boil well until half the cup of the water has vanished from the pot. Add the washed rice and salt, according to your taste.
After it is allowed to boil for about 5 minutes, cover the container with a lid and simmer for one and a half hours. If you want to prepare chicken curry, you need 6 spoons of corn oil and a small chopped onion. Allow the onion to turn reddish brown and add 3 tomatoes for cooking the whole thing for a couple of minutes. Add in a few spices and complement it by adding the washed chicken. Cook in a pan and boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Bring in some salt and yogurt and add half a cup of water. Allow the thing to cook for around 5 minutes. Cook in a reduced flame for 20 minutes more. Once this is done, you can make the salad, warm the naan bread with some butter and have it with juice.
